TICs are Real Estate in a Securties Wrapper

A quick note about TICs and how they are securities NOT real estate.  Many real estate agents are offering TIC properties WITHOUT the proper license and disclosures.  As a member of the industry leader Welton Street Investments you can be assured that John Garrett is following all of the strict rules in place to help protect the consumer. 

If anyone is offering you pictures or descriptions of current TIC offerings on a web site, or even closed properties available to the public, they are not following NASD self imposed guidelines.  When you fill out my Investor Questionaire, and it is determined you are an accredited investor, I will then make all of our TIC holdings that are suitable available to you within NASD guidelines.  Don't risk possible exposure to problems or penalties, work with an Agent of a reputable Broker-Dealer that is ethical and follows the rules!
